Horizon Properties’ principals are the leading developers of the Southpointe Business Park including the development of the single most important and largest land-use, Southpointe Golf Club. From the planning stages while at Team Plan to the hiring of famed golf course architect Arthur Hills & Associates, they were solely responsible for providing turnkey development services for the golf club project. These services included planning and feasibility studies, finance and ownership structuring, construction management for the eighteen-hole golf course and 26,000 square foot clubhouse, project staffing and operations.

Horizon Properties, through it’s affiliated company, owns and operates the Southpointe Golf Club, which is the focal point of the Southpointe Commerce Park in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
